Two very different sides of Bradenton

West Bradenton and the neighborhoods along the Manatee River deal with older glass, aluminum frames and salt-carrying air off the water. Frames pit, tracks fill with grit, and screens go dull long before the glass does. Those houses need a slower hand and attention to the frame and sill, not just a quick pass on the pane.

East Bradenton and the newer communities are the opposite problem: tall great-room windows, stacked sliders and irrigation systems running year round. Sprinkler heads that clip the house put mineral-heavy water on the lower panes over and over, and the sun bakes it into the white haze you can see from the street.

How we clean a Bradenton house

High exterior glass is cleaned with purified water through a water-fed pole so it dries spot free without leaning ladders on gutters or trampling beds. Ladders come out only when a window genuinely can't be reached any other way. Reachable glass, sliders and French doors are hand-detailed with a squeegee.

Screens come out and get washed off the window rather than scrubbed in place, tracks are vacuumed and scrubbed, and sills get wiped before anything goes back in. Inside, it's shoe covers and drop cloths in every room, and blinds and shutters go back exactly the way we found them.

If there's real hard water etching on the glass, we tell you before we quote it. Mineral deposits need a separate restoration step, and pretending a normal clean will fix it just wastes your money.
