Why exterior-only still needs a pro
Outside glass carries everything Florida throws at it: salt haze, storm splatter, pollen, lovebug residue and sprinkler minerals. A hose rinse wets that film and lets it dry right back into place, usually worse than before, because tap water leaves its own mineral spots as it evaporates.
We use purified water pushed through a water-fed pole. With the minerals filtered out there is nothing left behind when the water dries, which is why the glass sheets clean without a squeegee touching the second story at all.
Reach without the risk
Water-fed poles let us clean most second-story glass from the ground, which keeps weight off your gutters, screens and landscaping. Ground-floor glass still gets the traditional hand-detail treatment, because nothing beats a squeegee on glass you can actually stand in front of.
When a pole genuinely cannot reach, we bring in the right ladder setup and work carefully around your soffits and beds. Frames, sills and the outside edge of the track get wiped in the same pass, because dirt left in a track runs back down clean glass with the first rain.
Great for rentals, listings and recurring plans
Because we do not need to be let inside, exterior-only is the easiest service to schedule. Property managers, snowbird homes, vacation rentals and storefronts book it on repeat and never have to be on site.
Booking exterior on a recurring plan and adding interior once a year is the most common setup we see, and it keeps the total cost predictable while the house always looks maintained from the curb.

Final pass
