Most of the haze is on the inside
People assume dirty windows are an outdoor problem. Inside glass collects a different film: cooking oils, dust, pet nose prints, fingerprints, candle soot and off-gassing from new furnishings. It builds slowly, so the room dims a little at a time and you stop noticing until the day after it is cleaned.
Interior cleaning is also the step that makes exterior work pay off. Cleaning one side of a pane leaves the other side's film in the light, and the window still reads cloudy from your couch.
Careful inside your home
Every interior visit runs the same way: shoe covers before we cross the threshold, drop cloths under each window, and microfiber on every sill. We move what we need to, we move it back, and we do not lean anything against your walls.
Blinds are lifted and lowered gently, plantation shutters get opened rather than forced, and window treatments are left exactly as we found them. Solution is applied to the cloth, not sprayed across your paint or hardwood.
Sliders, French doors and hard-to-reach glass
Sliding glass doors are the most-touched glass in a Florida home and they get the most attention: both faces, the handle area, the frame and the inside track. French doors and colonial grids are hand-detailed pane by pane.
High interior glass over stairwells and in two-story great rooms is reached with poles and extension tools instead of dragging a ladder across your floors. If a room has furniture we cannot safely work around, we will tell you at the walkthrough instead of risking it.

Protect, then clean
Covers and cloths go down, glass gets cleaned and dried, and sills, frames and tracks are wiped as we go.
Reset and review
Furniture and blinds go back exactly as they were, then we check the glass with you in natural light.
